Event Description A group of Women’s and Gender Studies faculty and students discusses what it means to have hair. How do we address how it intersects with the gender, race, and class with which we identify? How does our hair identify us in ways we may want to resist? How do we alter our hair—and are the alterations playful, painful, or some combination of both? |
