Event Description
Do you read and then instantly forgot what you read or don’t understand what you just read? In this workshop we will discuss strategies to read effectively with textbooks and technology. We will address some reasons why academic reading should be a priority and how to devise a realistic reading schedule. We will also discuss the difference between learning and memorizing, how to do both when reading, and when to use one over the other. Reading is an essential piece to academic success; you don’t want to miss out on this discussion! |
