Event Description
The Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities office will hold the last of two (identical) information sessions regarding the SURF grant program this coming Friday, January 18th from 12:30-2:30pm. The session will be held in the Hawkins Living-Learning Center in Rivers Residence Hall (next to health services).
Although the sessions are not mandatory, we strongly urge either the student or faculty mentor (both if possible) applying for funding to attend this final session.
The sessions will discuss the updated guidelines and common errors made in the past. As many of you are well aware, for the past few years, requests have far exceeded available funds. Thus, the process is highly competitive. Therefore, it’s in your best interest to attend this information session to learn more about the review process.
Please note that applications on old forms, using out-of-date guidelines, will not be processed for review. |
