Event Description Vice Presidential candidate Judge Jim Gray (LP) will participate in The Bully Pulpit Series: Reflections on Presidential Communication. Former Judge of the California Superior Court of Orange County, Jim Gray is the Libertarian Party’s nomination for Vice-President of the United States. Judge Gray, who was appointed to the California Superior Court bench and served from 1989 to 2010, is a nationally known and respected author and speaker. Gray was the 2004 Libertarian candidate for the US Senate from California. The town hall event is set to last approximately 60 minutes. Following brief remarks, Judge Jim Gray will answer attendees’ questions with a meet and greet reception immediately after. A joint effort of the College’s Department of Communication and the Department of Communication Advisory Council, The Bully Pulpit Series is a non-partisan series which invites presidential candidates to speak with students, faculty and Charleston community members. |
